Terms of Sale

1. Seller

Outnoise Oy ("Kivipaino"), business ID 3274562-1. Tickets and season passes are sold at kivipaino.com. Events are organised by Outnoise Oy and SoundXpress Oy. By completing a purchase you accept these terms.

2. Tickets and delivery

After payment your ticket is delivered by email as a QR code and can also be downloaded from the confirmation page. Each ticket is valid for one entry and is scanned once at the door. A season pass is valid for every night of the series, scanned once per night. Keep your QR code safe and do not share it — a code that has already been scanned will not admit another person.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. A service fee is added per ticket. Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, Klarna). Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.

4. No right of withdrawal / refunds

Tickets and season passes are for an event taking place on a specific date. Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure-event services provided on a specific date. Tickets and season passes are therefore non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except where mandatory law requires.

5. Cancelled or postponed events

If an event is cancelled, the paid ticket price is refunded (the service fee may be non-refundable). If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date; refund handling in that case is determined by the organiser. Refunds are made to the original payment method. The organiser is not liable for any indirect costs (such as travel or accommodation) in connection with a cancelled, postponed or changed event, including where this is caused by force majeure — circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control (such as authority orders, extreme weather or similar).

6. Age limit and entry

The events are K-18 (18+). Valid photo ID may be required at the door. The organiser may refuse entry without refund in case of underage, intoxication, unsafe behaviour, or a QR code that has already been used.

7. Changes

The line-up, timetable and other details may change. Such changes are not grounds for a refund.

8. Liability and law

The events are organised by Outnoise Oy and SoundXpress Oy. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Questions: kivipaino@gmail.com. These terms are governed by Finnish law.
