1. Controller

Outnoise Oy ("Kivipaino"), business ID 3274562-1. For privacy matters: kivipaino@gmail.com. Events are organised by Outnoise Oy and SoundXpress Oy.

2. What data we collect

When you buy a ticket we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional) and order details (ticket type, quantity, amount, time of purchase and ticket status). Payments are handled by Stripe — we do not store card details. If you join the mailing list, we collect your email address with your consent.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Selling and delivering tickets, customer service and verifying entry at the event — basis: performance of a contract. Accounting and statutory obligations — basis: legal obligation. Newsletter and marketing — basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Processors and disclosures

We do not sell or disclose your data for marketing. We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Neon (database) and Vercel (hosting). Ticket data may be shared with the event organisers to verify entry.

5. Retention

Order and payment data are retained for the period required by accounting law (generally 6 years). Mailing list data is retained until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.

6. Data location

Data is primarily stored in the EU. Some providers may process data outside the EU using appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies necessary for operation (e.g. admin and scanner login). We do not use marketing tracking cookies. During payment, Stripe may set its own cookies to process the payment.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw your consent. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list via the link at the bottom of each message. Requests: kivipaino@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
